P15SA bathymetry data (Earlier occupation of one-time WOCE line P15S.)

This data set was acquired and used for the atlas because tritium and
helium samples were collected along this section, and not along the
later P15S WOCE 1-time survey section.  

No ASCII navigation or bathymetry files were available.
Along-track bathymetry was created from the Smith-Sandwell altimetric
data set for bathymetry.
This data set was reformatted for plotting, and not for archiving.
