Data comments:

11/28/98: NaNs in original data file p15suw.asc replaced with -99's.
          to create p15suw_edt.asc
9/03/02:  Missing positions in original data file were indicated with -99.
          Removed all of these lines from p15suw_edt.asc, so every line
          now has a position
          Line numbers in original file of deleted lines:
            80048, 62854-62867, 62837-62840, 42133, 36939, 36575, 34506, 26445,
            9463, 9437, 7940
9/03/02:  Reformatted into gdc format.  Eight lines in ..gdc.dat had NaN
          ship speeds. These were deleted by hand from the ..gdc.dat file.
