P14C bathymetry data

ASCII navigation and bathymetry data file was obtained from 
Frank Delahoyde from SIO/ODF on 10/27/98 (LDT).
Original depths are probably based on 1500 m/s sound speed (7/31/02).

Data comments:
  Data look clean 11/19/98
  No data for first 6 stations of section - need to add depths from sum file

  On 11/23 added sum file depth from station 3 to the p14c.txt file.  Only
	station 3 was added, stations 1,2,4-6 had no depths.  The sum file
	had no speed or course for these stations.
  On 11/24 added  depth observations from stations 1,2,4-6.  These depths
	were calculated from a matlab routine converting pressure to depth.
	The values are matlab values +10m .  These stations also had no
	speed or course associated with them.
